I’m passionate about providing a clean, welcoming, and judgment-free space where every client feels comfortable — whether it’s your first wax or your fiftieth. I’m thrilled to work alongside Emma, a talented and licensed esthetician who brings her own warmth, expertise, and attention to detail to every service. CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel services at any time. However, cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. 24 Hours- No Charge 12 Hours- $20 same day- 50% of scheduled services. no call no shows- 65% of scheduled services. • All fees must be paid in full to be eligible to reschedule. Exceptions may be made in the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or illness. In such cases, customers should contact us as soon as possible to discuss options for rescheduling or refunding the service. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances as well.
