Hi, I’m Emma, the owner and licensed esthetician behind Prickly Pear Wax Bar! I’ve been licensed in esthetics since September 2024 and have been specializing in waxing since May 2025, with my experience in the beauty industry beginning even earlier as a receptionist in 2021. Waxing quickly became something I truly fell in love with. I especially enjoy specializing in Brazilian waxing and creating an experience that feels comfortable, welcoming, and completely judgment-free. I know waxing can feel intimidating, especially if it’s your first time, so my goal is always to make you feel relaxed, respected, and confident from the moment you walk in. When I’m not waxing, I also love giving relaxing, personalized facials. Skincare has always been a passion of mine, and I love helping clients slow down, take a little time for themselves, and leave feeling refreshed and cared for. At Prickly Pear Wax Bar, I want every appointment to feel like more than just a beauty service. Whether you’re coming in for your first Brazilian, your regular wax, or a relaxing facial, you can expect attention to detail, genuine care, and a comfortable environment where you can be completely yourself. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel services at any time. However, cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
24 Hours- No Charge
12 Hours- $20
same day- 50% of scheduled services.
no call no shows- 75% of scheduled services.
• All fees must be paid in full to be eligible to reschedule. Exceptions may be made in the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or illness. In such cases, customers should contact us as soon as possible to discuss options for rescheduling or refunding the service.
